Good Life Lashes Policies
At Good Life Lashes, my mission is to provide every client with a relaxing, high-quality lash experience where you feel valued, cared for, and never rushed. These policies are here to protect your time, my time, and ensure your service is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thank you for honoring these guidelines—they help me serve you at my very best.
1. Appointment Booking
Appointments can be booked online or directly with me. When scheduling, please select the correct service so I can prepare for your visit. If you have any questions about which service to choose, I’m happy to guide you before you book.
2. Cancellation Policy
Life happens—but please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This gives me the opportunity to offer your spot to another client.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit (if applicable).
3. Late Arrival Policy
To ensure you receive the best possible service, please arrive on time.
Shortened appointments may impact the fullness and quality of your lash set.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or the service shortened, while the full price will still apply.
4. Lash Preparation
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to maximize your application time. While a lash bath is included in every service, heavy makeup removal may reduce the time spent lashing and affect your final result.
5. Fill Policy
To maintain lash fullness and protect the health of your natural lashes:
You must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining to qualify for a refill; otherwise, a full set will be required.
Book your refills every 2–3 weeks.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of lash services, all sales are final.
This policy applies to both full-price and model appointments.
I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If you are unsatisfied, I’m happy to provide one complimentary adjustment within 48 hours of your original appointment.
7. Allergies & Sensitivities
Please disclose any allergies or sensitivities before your service.
Disclosing sensitivities in advance allows me to take extra precautions for your comfort and safety.
In the rare case of a reaction, I offer a free removal, but refunds are not available.
8. Children & Guests
For your safety, comfort, and relaxation, no children or additional guests may accompany you to your appointment.
9. Model Appointments
Model sessions are for training purposes and offered at a reduced rate. These appointments may take longer, and the style or fullness may vary. Refunds are not available for model sessions.
10. Payment & Gratuity
I accept credit/debit cards and cash.
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated for exceptional service.
