Why Policies Matter
At Good Life Lashes, we uphold policies that ensure a seamless experience for every client. These guidelines help us stay on schedule, respect everyone’s time, and provide the personalized care and attention you deserve. By adhering to these guidelines, we can maintain a professional, stress-free environment where you feel valued and prioritized. 1. Appointment Booking
We strive to make booking as convenient as possible. You can schedule your appointment through our online booking system or contact us directly for assistance. For an efficient booking process, please ensure you select the correct service or provide detailed information when reaching out.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations arise; however, we require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
3. Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the best service possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment. Arriving late could impact the quality of your service, as I aim to provide every client with dedicated time and attention. Out of respect for other clients and their appointments, I kindly ask for prompt arrival.
4. Lash Preparation
Please arrive with clean lashes to maximize your appointment time. While a lash bath is included, heavy makeup can cut into the time needed for a flawless application.
5. Refill Policy
To keep your lashes looking their fullest and most beautiful, we recommend booking a refill every 2-3 weeks. To qualify for a refill, at least 40% of your extensions must remain intact. If less than 40% remains, we’ll consider your appointment as a full set. Regular fills are essential to keeping your lashes looking their best and protecting the health of your natural lashes.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided. However, if you have any concerns, we offer complimentary adjustments within 48 hours of your appointment to ensure your satisfaction.
7. Allergies & Sensitivities
Please disclose any allergies or sensitivities to lash adhesives or products. In rare cases of a reaction, a free removal will be offered, though refunds cannot be issued.
8. Children & Guests
To maintain a serene environment, we kindly request that children and additional guests not accompany you to your appointment.
9. Model Appointments
Clients booking as models receive discounted rates. Please note that these sessions may take longer as they are designed for training purposes.
10. Payment & Gratuity
We accept credit/debit cards and cash. Gratuity is not included in the service price but is always appreciated for exceptional service.
